About Émi

Bonjour, I'm Émi — holistic aromatherapist, yoga teacher and founder of ÉMILIE RITUAL.

A life-changing chronic medical condition invited me to rethink the way I moved through life. Through aromatherapy, mindful movement and breathwork, I gradually rediscovered a sense of grounding and inner strength. That experience inspired a practice centred on steadiness rather than perfection.

My classes are beginner-friendly and grounded in safe, thoughtful movement, helping you reconnect with your body.
